Senior Planners

Calibre Global is an Australian-based, international provider of project management, engineering and consultancy services to the resources and infrastructure industries.
We are seeking applications from highly motivated people to perform the role Senior Planner for our major projects. Working closely with our project team you will be responsible all assigned planning activities on the project.
With rail projects focused on developing pit to port capability this is an opportunity for a Senior Planner with 10 years experience in the resources or construction industries.
This role requires analysis and reporting on status of project through scheduling and associated project control systems.
- This role involves:

- Collection, interpretation and incorporation of planning and scheduling data from the EPCM systems and project team into the project schedules
- Liaison with contractions to plan and schedule data as well as review schedule impact on and from contractor claims.
- Maintain compliance with approved planning controls procedures
- Project coordination
- To be successful in this role you will have:

- Proven ability to develop relationships which will facilitate strong communication between your role and key parties
- Contributing to the success of the project
- Tertiary level qualification in an engineering discipline is preferred
- Railway experience preferred
- Three years experience in design for engineering projects
- Experience on long alignment rail, road or bulk earthworks projects
- Knowledge of packages such as 12D, Microstation, Inroads and Inrail
