- To be successful in this role the applicant would possess:

- Supervision of and provide technical guidance to subordinates
- Allocates budget and establishes milestones
- Prepares budgets, detail schedules, monitoring curves.
- Evaluates and reports cost deviations.
- Prepares project procedures
- Leads in establishing and assessing project risk.
- To be successful in this role the applicant would possess:

- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Nine years of experience on projects
- Minimum of 6 years specific experience in project controls
- Knowledge of manufacturing and construction practices
- Management and leadership experiences, including direct line supervision Good skills in estimating system(s), scheduling software, and cost controls system(s)
